Organizing For Justice / Organisons-nous pour la Justice

We are looking for people to help us plan and carry out this conference.

Our upcoming planning meetings are:

• Wed July 8, 3pm: French committee
• Thurs July 9, 7pm: English/general committee [Univ of Ottawa University Centre, rm 207]
• Thurs July 23, 7pm: English/general committee [Univ of Ottawa University Centre, rm 207]

Specific planning duties / areas we are looking for help with include:

• determining programming
• outreach / promotion
• helping fundraise / find sponsors

You can also volunteer to help out the day(s) of the conference, in the following ways:

• set-up / clean-up
• welcoming participants
• food preparation / serving
• childcare
• facilitation of sessions
• whisper translation (Fr/Eng or Eng/Fr)
• note-taking / reporting
• billeting
